IN
HIM YOU HAVE
BEEN MADE COMPLETE.
Colossians 2:10
Most people live with a vague persistent sense of lacking. The single person feels a mate would fill the vacuum, the poor person believes that riches would do it. A person not happy in their job thinks a change in jobs would do it. No amount of money nor person can make a person complete.
St. Augustine said, "Our hearts are restless until they rest in You." If a man is born again by God's Spirit, he is in the pursuit of the things that will truly have everything you need. Jesus is adequate in every way. You are fully satisfied on earth and in eternal life in heaven.
Realize today that you are complete in Christ. He satisfies your deepest longings and brings order, purpose, and your innermost desires.
FIND YOUR REST IN HIM.
